About me
My journey of self-healing began following a traumatic experience that prompted a complete reassessment of my belief systems.
Recognizing that these restrictive beliefs originated in my early years, I understood the necessity of confronting them. It was indeed a challenging journey! Looking back, I wish I had the knowledge then that I possess now.
As a result I went on to study various modalities of healing including a Diploma in Holistic Therapies in 1998 followed by a Certificate in Counselling in 1999. My studying and learning continues, I proudly became a Rapid Transformational Practitioner in 2019, and more recently a Licensed Menopause Champion.
In addition I worked for the Ambulance Service in England and am a qualified Nurse.
I firmly believe that there is a void in conventional healthcare. During my time in hospitals, I encountered numerous patients who required a space to discuss the trauma that led them there, yet there was no opportunity for such conversations. Which is why I am driven to offer my expertise, experiences, and insights to assist you in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing journey.
